Vintage Revival: Ace & Jig

Ace & Jig image found here

It seems as though there is a revival of natural fibers and easy-wear garments in the past few years. One of the brands I particularly admire is Ace & Jig which has that vaguely vintage and simple aesthetic. The neutral palette makes it versatile and flattering to wear.

Two of my favorite natural fibers! Silk and wool are luxe and make a beautiful pair. This look balances the fluidity of silk with the structured softness of wool.

ode to cardigans

image from here

Ah, cardigans. The perennial closet staple. You can wear them in virtually any season: in fall with your favorite leather boots, during winter layered under a parka, springtime with floral favorites, and during balmy summer nights. One of my favorite twists is wearing a cardigan backwrds (which  according to my mom-in-law was a popular look and concept in the late 50s and 60s). So maximize your wardrobe with these no fail options:

new beginnings

While I am not new to e-commerce, a change of pace in my life has currently allowed me to take my passion of selling online to the next level. I am excited to set the gears in motion for my shop overhaul. Items will be more selective and curated and hopefully, offer better images on the details. I will be using the blog to post visuals and/or links that influence the aesthetic of my shops.
