One more month til' Spring!

As a native Californian, the brutal New England winters are still difficult for me to get used to ;) to help endure the bitter cold, dreaming of ditsy florals in light hues is always a mood booster. Counting down the days til I can bust out my favorite floral prints and sandals!!

Back to Basics

To me, a classic neutral button down, breton stripes, well made dark skinny jeans (ie, they don't stretch out!), and a black skirt with pockets are wardrobe basics. The olive green Tretorn boots are a utilitarian and stylish addition to these pieces and give a English seaside vibe.

dreaming of spring

After being bombarded with sub-zero temperatures for the past week, spring dressing looks more and more appealing. I have always gravitated to more abstract designs of florals that can be worn across seasons (I don't get the photorealistic flowers all the rage now...trying too hard to be "trendy").
